TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE


1 PURPOSE

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of online or direct sales offered by the seller on the www.thegoldendivider.ch website.

2 PURCHASE

2.1 General principle

Any purchase of an item on the website or order placed at the head office (these two actions being referred to hereinafter as a purchase) implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale by the purchaser. The General Terms and Conditions of Sale are available on the www.thegoldendivider.ch website, on the "Impressum" page and on the order confirmation in the site's online store. The buyer can thus consult the General Sales Conditions before clicking on the checkbox entitled "I have read and accept the conditions".

2.2 Confirmation

Any purchase successfully completed is subject to a confirmation message on the purchaser's browser and an e-mail confirming receipt of the purchase. The sales contract is deemed to have been concluded when the purchase is confirmed.

2.3 Buyer's obligations

The purchaser undertakes to provide valid contact details when ordering and to pay the requested price.

2.4 Buyer's place of residence

There are no restrictions on where the purchaser may be domiciled in order to place an order for a product offered for sale by the seller.

3 PRICES

Prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF), including VAT. Prices do not include shipping costs, which are invoiced in addition and vary according to the weight and size of the package.

4 PAYMENT

For online orders, payment is possible by credit card via Stripe. (https://stripe.com)

5 GUARANTEE

The Golden Divider for Arts is guaranteed for two years. The warranty takes effect on the date of shipment of the item. This date is evidenced by the invoice accompanying the product. Please keep this document in a safe place.

Only the Golden Divider for Arts is covered by this warranty; its leather case and box are excluded.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by poor maintenance, torsion, scratches and/or impact marks on the metal, or normal wear and tear.

6 PRODUCT SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY TIMES

The products ordered are dispatched by the seller within a maximum of two working days following receipt of payment for the order by the purchaser. Packages are dispatched by Swiss Post, or by the national post office corresponding to the country of delivery if the delivery address given by the buyer is not in Switzerland. The delivery time therefore depends on the various service providers used to deliver the products ordered.

7 DATA PROTECTION

The seller acknowledges the confidentiality of the information provided by the buyer when placing an order, and undertakes not to divulge this information to third parties. The buyer has the right to access and rectify any personal data concerning him/her. To exercise these rights, the user should contact the seller, providing proof of identity.

8 MODIFICATION OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

The seller may modify these General Terms and Conditions of Sale from time to time. The version in force at the time of the order shall prevail in the contractual relationship between the buyer and the seller.

9 APPLICABLE LAW AND PLACE OF JURISDICTION

In the event of a dispute, the General Terms and Conditions of Sale in force at the time of purchase shall be used as the legal basis. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Swiss law, in particular by Articles 184 et seq. of the Swiss Code of Obligations, to the exclusion of any other foreign legislation.

The place of jurisdiction is Geneva, Switzerland.
